Oh What A Joyous Day!

Yesterday was a day to be held very close in my memory.

Johanna and Grace and I, met a dear friend, face to face, for the first time.  There is nothing so thrilling as the race of one's heart when you are, suddenly, standing right next to one another.  My heart jumped so high!

So, guess who?  Dear Emily, from Songs I Sing.

A very happy,

Emma

Oh, what a special moment! I have had the same experience - one's heart does race and jump and flutter in the most memorable way. There is nothing quite like first meeting someone who has become dear to you for who they are - having never seen them before but yet sharing a wonderful harmony of thoughts and feelings. I hope you have (or had) a lovely and precious visit together.

That group picture is stunning, by the way! (Emma, that is such a lovely dress on you! Did you make it?)

That story reminds me sooo much of when I first met you and Jo...*sighs*...the memories. ;) Only when I met you...it wasn't planned, it was very much a surprise! ;)
