Another Kind of Heaven

It has happened once again. I have caught a glimpse of what is
beyond thrilling.

Truly! I have had dreams, of walking into an antique store...

Stumbling upon a room laden with vintage and antique
dresses, hats, gloves, shoes,

and jewelry...

Well, mostly dresses,

Gorgeous vintage dresses in all the most beautiful colors,

On sale!

Only this time, Johanna went,
and I heard not the splendid tale until after the fact.

She was beyond rapture. Her camera was very busy.

There was only problem.

We could have none of it.

Everything was much too small.

Oh my goodness! hehe! A treasure trove!! Those shops are becoming more and more rare. It is certainly is sad to discover that correct sizes are hard to come by. I have also felt your same joy and then disappointment before. *sigh*

I'm swooning over that first lovely black dress in Johanna's photos!

I think I would have been tempted to buy it just so that I could look at it...

Missing you both ever so,
Emily

Dear me……I have the same problem you do! I love all of it, but sometimes it's hard to find something that's not absolutely miniscule!! Gorgeous photos, Johanna! ;)

I love how your blog is filled with pictures. I appreciate it being a visual artist myself. I love this pictures! I wish I could have gone to this place, though I wouldn't have fit into anything either most likely. How come women were so tiny back then? Weird!

What elegance! This is the word I think of when I see you girls. You display it in such a graceful manner, it thoroughly impresses me. I see God's beauty evident in each of you and in your unique talents. Press on.
